Road hazard

Hi All,

So this Peacock who lives behind Pardeshas store (between Winters and Berryessa) has become depressed with the season or something and has tried to commit suicide by walking out in front of me twice in the last week. Both times I was able to stop him with the horn, but these birds are really, really dumb, so watch out. They can hop/fly right across at chest level...... Both times he was crossing 128 at the east driveway for Pardeshas, crossing in a different direction each time. He waited for the bike in front of me to pass, then started across. Luckily he is so bright blue...

as a side note, peacock is delicious roasted with fennel and orange sauce

Depending on age, ability to produce off spring and speed.

 

I got dibs on the feathers. My fly tying buddies are interested.
