Hiya- SO I am up to my elbows in the home buying process and need to get a home inspection done hopefully this weekend. Hoping to avoid paying the full 400 for one seeing as I have already shelled out mucho dinero and continue to do so..Anyone know anyone that does them and wants to throw a girl a heavy SCR discount???
It is always good to get your own inspection so you know what your buying. the last house I bought the seller's inspector did not do shit! and my inspector found a ton of crap that was not to code or was dry rotted.. well worth the $600 for the report and saved me thousands.
Mine that was hired by my agent and wanted $400 also. The day he showed up I told him I'd pay $200. After about 10 minutes we settled on $225. PS: my agent still hates me and it's been 10 years
