I need to ride so bad I went Christmas shopping in the rain on my bike today. The next break in the weather is this coming Saturday 12/19 so I plan to make it a freaking good long day. When: Saturday 12/19 Meet up location: West Sac Chevron Meet up time: 6:30AM Roll out time: 7:00AM Pace: C or higher* Route: Whatever the best way to the coast is. I dont know how to get there but I will come up with a route that can be open to suggestions. I do plan to make this a looooooooooonnngggg ride so be prepared. *Because this will be a long ride you will be expected to ride your own safe pace(as always), most of us can ride over our heads for a few turns but on an all day ride it wont work too well so dont plan on it.

Pyxie, just start your ride on the Vespa at 3 in the morning, drop off the Vespa and ride two up with Logan the rest of the way
Adam PM me your route/destination pls. I'm planning on riding west but not at 7am. I'll be on the road around 9-9:30 giving it a chance to warm up and dry up a bit. I'll try to catch you guys somewhere along the way.

I would like to try out skaggs but Im not sure the best way to get there. Is it basically just hwy 128 all the way?

Yeah, I might make it this weekend. But like Stiz said, that's too early! I dont want to influence your ride, So I will just try to find you guys later. At this point, I dont even know if I'm riding of not. Calistoga, Bodega Bay. I dont care. Just need to ride.
Adam, I posted another ride for this Saturday. I see that many folks are trying to get you to change your initial plans. Stick to your plan bro, your ride, your route, and your times.
Well, there's another ride starting later, which is good for me considering the cold, so I'm going to abandon ship here for the other.
If you want to head to the SC Mtns, I'm getting together with some people to ride 84, stage, 1, etc. Meeting at 9:30 at STP. Should be able to make it if you shoot down 80.
skaggs Adam, Skaggs is great, but plan on getting home after dark. Also, the backside of Skaggs - Stewarts Point - is well worth doing. Geysers Road is closer, almost as good as Skaggs, and is easily incorperated into a Berryessa Loop. Anyway, wish I could go this weekend....have fun.
